1. Exercise 4 to 6 times per week.
2. Log in my daily sleeping hours.
3. Drink water before breakfast.
4. Blog about self-help and law.
5. Read a new case everyday.
6. Smile and greet people.
EDIT: I realize that while my goals are reasonable, I should give myself some slack. Here are my revised goals for 1-4:
1. Exercise four times a week.
2. Write my sleeping times.
3. Drink water four times.
4. Blog four times a week.
