Many things were cancelled: nego class yesterday and prison visit today. I just read puboff and wrote remlaw. Tomorrow, I will review puboff, remlaw, and nego. If I have time, I might do the envi research. I just read creepy pasta and drew rainbows on my apps.

a. Macro goal: Graduate.
- Read lessons and cases.
- Digest lessons and cases.
- Practice reciting if on deck.
- Practice answering exams.
- Research and write papers.
b. Macro goal: Pass bar.
- Read provisions and digests.
- Memorize important provisions.
- Practice answering exams.
c. Macro goal: Be healthy.
- Sleep on or before midnight.
- Sleep from 6 to 8 hours.
- Wake up from 6 am to 8 am.
- Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water.
- Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Eat rice, fruits, and vegetables.
- Brush teeth after every meal.
- Stand and sit up straight.
- Drink milk before sleep.
- Wash before you sleep.
- Drink your medicine.
d. Macro goal: Be organized.
1. Organize time.
- Make a to-do list for the next day.
- Wake up, take a bath, and eat breakfast.
- Work in the library or a quiet restaurant.
- Charge the tablet in the library.
- Take breaks or eat between sessions.
- Call home, drink milk, and wash.
- Work at the study table before midnight.
- Keep the tablet in the bag, not at the bed.
2. Organize paper.

- Use colored folders to sort school papers.
- Sort family papers by person and use.
- Use folders and racks to sort family papers.
- Dispose old newspapers, receipts, and flyers.
- Sell used paper and other recyclable items.
2. Create behavior chains
If it is 8 am on weekdays, then get down from bed.
If it is 7 am on weekends, then get down from bed.
3. Eliminate excessive options
- For breakfast, eat at Rodics, McDonalds, or Jollibee.
- For lunch, eat at Gyu, McDok, Lola Lita, or UFS.
- For dinner, eat at Gyu, McDok, Lola Lita, or SC.
4. Process plan (but don’t fantasize)
- Planning: focused attention on steps to reach goal
- Emotion: reduced anxiety.
5. Eliminate “ah-screw-its”
- Examine your habit and find exactly where things start to break down: It was easier to just stay in bed.

Today I ate breakfast at McDonalds so that I could wake up earlier and study before lunch. For the past few weeks, I don't eat a big breakfast and just eat lunch as my main meal because I don't wake up early. So I will be eating the kind of breakfast that I like so that I could wake up early.

I wrote a post but forgot to save it. Here's a shorter version. I recited twice in nego, wrote a paper for remlaw, and finished reading for puboff. Tomorrow, I will read nego, puboff, and remlaw. I download a lot of books. Lebron James is coming to Manila and I hope my mother and brother can see him live.

I wrote a letter to an advice columnist about my problem last year. I just read her answer today: "Take a deep breath and be mature and open-minded about your perceived problem. Let sleeping dogs lie. Nobody is going to die if you never find out the truth."
This is good. Now I can rest easy and not worry about this problem. If some people who know about this secret ever ask me or my family why I am not doing anything, I can just show them this answer.
Let sleeping dogs lie. Each word has multiple meanings. Let can mean allow or make. Sleeping can mean sleeping or dead. Dogs can mean the animals or persons who act like dogs. Lie can mean rest or falsehood.

Today I was late to class because I woke up late. I woke up late because I slept late. I can and ought to sleep early. I was called to talk about co-ownership. Good thing I knew about it. Then I found only one annotation for the remedial law paper. I went to SM Aura for the Philippine business expo. I got freebies and a raffle ticket. Then I went home and tried studying for negotiable instruments. I should review the book and cases tomorrow.

Last Tuesday, I learned that one of my professors was in the hospital. I thought of donating to the law student government. I went to their room and gave them Php 500 ($12.50). For me, that's a lot of money because it's almost the equivalent of one-fourth of my weekly allowance of Php 2,000 ($50). The P500 I gave could have been my food for two to three days.
I usually give P500 when the person is someone I know or when there is a big cause or emergency. I'm amazed that I can give such a big amount even though I have limited personal cash. Maybe it just shows that we can thrive even if we have so little. Of course, when we have more money, we ought to give more.
Get well soon, professor, and God bless!
Yesterday I started my bar review by reading codal provisions. I was also called in puboff last Tuesday and in nego yesterday. I don't know if I understood the cases for puboff but I will read them later.
My cystic acne is getting worse. I already sent home my powders and makeup because they might be the cause. Then I read that sleep deprivation, high glycemic index, and dairy products can aggravate acne. So I could try sleeping earlier, say at midnight. I can cut down on sweets and try soy milk.

Today I woke up from 6 am to 8 am only to sleep again. Then I finally left my bed at 8:30 am. I ate breakfast, prepared myself, and went to school before 10 am. Thank goodness I was not called today. So I started with 10 pages out of the assigned 50 pages for Wednesday.
I ate at Katag after thinking they have roast beef again. I was wrong. I didn't like any of their rice meals so I just ate pasta. Long Island still has better pasta. I studied the public officers book in a reading room in Palma Hall. I slept and played games as well.
Then I went to Katipunan to buy lotto tickets. Afternoon is a bad time to travel along Katipunan. Then I went to Cubao because I still have my LRT card. I have to use it before it expires. I called my grandmother in the province and thanked her for the food she sent us.
I went to the bookstores thinking I can read my cases in a chair there. They don't have chairs. So I went to the food court and read the public officers cases. Then I ate dinner from Oriental Bowl. The honey chicken is good but the pancit was not good. I remembered to buy milk so I bought 3 packs of milks for less than P20 each in the grocery.
I called my mother when I went home. Then my lock exploded so I fixed it. I was able to put it back together but it doesn't work now. I paid my landlord. I studied part of my lessons. I watched television. I blog. This is my life.

Last Friday, I just had one class in the evening. I woke up at 9 am and stayed in bed till 11 am. I ate at Katag in Faculty Center. They have delicious food at affordable prices. I will eat there on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.
Yesterday I recited in partnership and remedial law. The first recitation was better, but both were good enough for me. We will have makeup classes in remedial law on July 20 and in partnership on July 27. So I will go home late on those nights.
Today we celebrated mass and visited my aunt. She is now better at home. Then I had a headache after our visit. Maybe I should rest more and avoid anti-histamine medicine. Health is wealth. Mommy read a touching letter from my grandparents. I should call them tomorrow.
I talked to the dayghter of my landlord and my room mate. I forgot to pay the rent even though I saw my landlord today. I am reading on Amazon a book by Jared Diamond called A World Until Yesterday.

Yesterday I was called to recite in public officers. Today I was called to recite in negotiable instruments and labor law. It was good because I answered the questions and did not fail. I will probably be called in remedial law tomorrow and partnership on Saturday. This week is my recitation week. I can prepare every day as if I am going to be called.
Today I learned how to find free ebooks on Amazon. This is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Kindle-Store-eBooks/zgbs/digital-text. Choose the top 100 free in the category you want. Download the books and the Kindle app to your computer. I must have downloaded hundreds of ebooks from Amazon but I just keep them in the cloud. I only keep about a hundred ebooks in my tablet.

Today I reviewed nego and volunteered in class in the morning. It was ok because the professor did not penalize me. Then I wrote the paper for remlaw and spent P100 in the computer lab in the afternoon. In the evening, I went to Katipunan to buy lotto, went to Cubao to eat dinner and read the puboff book, went to the house to read puboff cases. I haven't reviewed for the bar today.
